7-Day Easy Return Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Your return request will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong product or an item different from what you ordered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice (if applicable).

  • Clear photos or a short video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing original packaging.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day return period.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchasing the product.

Refund & Replacement

Once your return request is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product with the correct or a new item, or

  • Issue a refund according to our refund process.
